ARMENIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristopher Henry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ARMENIA's Hector McCormick pulled a muscle in his back after 5 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mike Franks during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. ARMENIA made a substitution. Rusty Kerr replaced Hector McCormick. Mike Franks hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th match minute, ARMENIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Conn to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Kendrick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcellus Jewell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Kendrick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Matthews, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Felipe Morgan fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored East Dubuque's protests and gave Felipe Morgan a yellow card for diving instead. Felipe Morgan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Sydney Matthews managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Dubuque's Claudio Kendrick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcellus Jewell in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Rusty Kerr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Kendrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Victor Connor managed to get in a good position for a shot. ARMENIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Connor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Kendrick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rusty Kerr came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the ARMENIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rusty Kerr couldn't finish the play. Sydney Matthews struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Claudio Kendrick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARMENIA. The supporters of East Dubuque booed when ARMENIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rusty Kerr didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Kendrick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcellus Jewell went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Sydney Matthews had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusty Kerr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Claudio Kendrick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ARMENIA's Rusty Kerr got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brad Werner to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, ARMENIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rusty Kerr to maneuver through the defense. Dustin Nolan scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Devon Busby, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 55 minutes into the match, East Dubuque's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Matthews came free, but Claudio Kendrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sydney Matthews was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. ARMENIA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Marcellus Jewell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to East Dubuque getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cliff Hinds hit a great ball. Marcellus Jewell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Kendrick having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Sydney Matthews got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sydney Matthews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Kevin Theilacker fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARMENIA's protests and gave Kevin Theilacker a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes ARMENIA got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Theilacker. East Dubuque's Morgan Crosby couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ARMENIA. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcellus Jewell in the 87th minute of play forced East Dubuque's goalkeeper Claudio Kendrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Devon Busby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dustin Nolan's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Devon Busby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brad Werner in the 90th minute of the match. Sydney Matthews took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Kendrick. Claudio Kendrick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. ARMENIA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
