Tony Melvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Calvin Bowser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russell Winter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Junior Fugate stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Russell Winter's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After 16 played minutes North Versailles got a freekick which was hit by Tanner Curtis. 22 minutes into the match, Bronx Bombers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daryl Cartwright came free, but Junior Fugate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Daryl Cartwright left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Versailles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 27th match minute, Bronx Bombers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Van Simmons to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Daryl Cartwright managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Versailles's supporters rose to their feet, but Daryl Cartwright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Junior Fugate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Van Simmons in the 32nd minute of play forced North Versailles's goalkeeper Calvin Bowser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bronx Bombers FC booed when North Versailles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanner Curtis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When North Versailles's Russell Winter in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute, Russell Winter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Junior Fugate was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Daryl Cartwright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Russell Winter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Junior Fugate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Van Simmons struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Calvin Bowser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bronx Bombers FC. Russell Winter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Melvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Bowser having to interfere. Tony Melvin scored 1-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Calvin Bowser, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Van Simmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammad Rose charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohammad Rose the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, North Versailles's Mohammad Rose got a free kick in the 86th minute. Russell Winter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Junior Fugate having to interfere. In the 91stth minute of the game Daryl Cartwright who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bronx Bombers FC's Junior Fugate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
