Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daryl Cartwright took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Daryl Cartwright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Russell Winter got free with Sandy Sheldon in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daryl Cartwright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandy Sheldon having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Antony Rowley. If Russell Winter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melvin Toney to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Russell Winter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandy Sheldon came out of the goal and Russell Winter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Daryl Cartwright put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sandy Sheldon. Calvin Bowser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kory Haines in the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Daryl Cartwright stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandy Sheldon came out of the goal and Daryl Cartwright tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Russell Winter's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Sandy Sheldon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 41stth minute of the game Daryl Cartwright who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal FC's Sandy Sheldon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes, Thurman Buckner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal FC and the North Versailles players grew even worse after the yellow card. Russell Winter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59thth minute of the game Daryl Cartwright who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal FC's Sandy Sheldon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antony Rowley to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Russell Winter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tanner Curtis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandy Sheldon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daryl Cartwright in the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Russell Winter in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandy Sheldon saved Arsenal FC from getting behind. In the 79th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randell Wilkinson to maneuver through the defense. If Daryl Cartwright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 84 minutes of play, North Versailles's Daryl Cartwright made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandy Sheldon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tanner Curtis during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 93 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daryl Cartwright came free, but Sandy Sheldon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the North Versailles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
