Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) J.C. Sherwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiley Shepard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Wiley Shepard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but J.C. Sherwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asher Luther took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ace Green. Ace Green dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute, Anthony Merritt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wiley Shepard scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of J.C. Sherwood, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Rodger Mendoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ace Green made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Asher Luther sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th match minute, Galt AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Cerna to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Texas FC's Asher Luther sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ace Green narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ace Green stood somewhat misplaced when Asher Luther came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 37 minute. After a defensive mix-up in Galt AFC's zone, Asher Luther stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ace Green came out of the goal and Asher Luther tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asher Luthers short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Ace Green to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Asher Luther who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Ace Green when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wiley Shepard to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Asher Luther shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ace Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asher Luther in the 57th minute of play forced Galt AFC's goalkeeper Ace Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Galt AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dwayne Caldwell. After 61 played minutes Galt AFC got a freekick which was hit by Wilson McDaniel. Asher Luther received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ace Green tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Galt AFC booed when Texas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asher Luther didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ace Green stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asher Luther's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Galt AFC's Ace Green played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodger Mendoza in the 70th minute of play. J.C. Sherwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiley Shepard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Texas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dwayne Caldwell came free, but J.C. Sherwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Rodger Mendoza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ace Green. Galt AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodger Mendoza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ace Green showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asher Luther, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Galt AFC's Wiley Shepard got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Texas FC had played much better football throughout.
