An unexpectedly hard shot by Ethan Lambert in the 10th minute of play forced East Moline's goalkeeper Justin Kincaid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, East Moline's goal looked a bit too open when Sung Kuhn came free, but Justin Kincaid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Incognito Mode's Jon Walton suffered a torn muscle in his knee after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Boyce Bain charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boyce Bain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, East Moline's Boyce Bain got a free kick in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as East Moline's Kristopher Marin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jesus Lockwood. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. With a little luck, Incognito Mode's Jesus Lockwood got control of the ball when Stuart Goldberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Incognito Mode's goal looked a bit too open when Kristopher Marin came free, but Jesus Lockwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Lockwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristopher Marin in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Boyce Bain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jesus Lockwood, 2-0. Jesus Lockwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Bain in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in East Moline's zone, Ethan Lambert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justin Kincaid came out of the goal and Ethan Lambert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bill Romo got free with Jesus Lockwood in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bill Romo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jesus Lockwood made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristopher Marin to make the kick off. Charles Haskins's late challenge caught a Incognito Mode's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charles Haskins helped the player get up and apologised. Ethan Lambert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Justin Kincaid made a huge save. Jesus Lockwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristopher Marin in the 64th minute of the match. Stuart Goldberg scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Lockwood, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristopher Marin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Incognito Mode were awarded a corner. Virgil Randle went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Virgil Randle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Justin Kincaid quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 75th minute Kristopher Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Lockwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Bill Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Lockwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Incognito Mode getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sung Kuhn hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, Kristopher Marin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesus Lockwood. Incognito Mode's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristopher Marin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 92nd minute, Stuart Goldberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Incognito Mode's Virgil Randle tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The East Moline fans cheered their team off the field, for while Incognito Mode had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
