The referee ignored Warwick's protests and gave Otto Denson a yellow card for diving instead. Otto Denson hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. If Dan Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Gabriel Kyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Aldrich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Santiago in the 19th minute of the match. When Collin Nichols fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juve 17's protests and gave Collin Nichols a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Leonardo Herndon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Juve 17's Sydney Aldrich didn't even have to move. Sydney Aldrich was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Gabriel Kyle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gabriel Kyle really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Kyle in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sydney Aldrich saved Juve 17 from getting behind. Dan Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Henry Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Denson got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 35 played minutes Warwick got a freekick which was hit by Otto Denson. 37 minutes into the match, Juve 17's goalkeeper Sydney Aldrich had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brent Cowan. In the 40th minute, Billy Cox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brent Cowan to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Warwick's Gabriel Kyle got a free kick in the 51st minute. Donny Tharp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Ryan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Warwick's Brent Cowan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sydney Aldrich narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henry Ryan made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Dan Santiago sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Kyle during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Warwick getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gabriel Kyle hit a great ball. Flint Wills, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Warwick's Gabriel Kyle got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Gabriel Kyle off the ground. After 71 played minutes Warwick got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Kyle. The long shot by Flint Wills in the 72nd minute really tested Henry Ryan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Warwick's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Tharp came free, but Henry Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Dan Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th match minute, Warwick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Cox to maneuver through the defense. Warwick's Hank Story got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
