Lahore Lions's Jarrett Driver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Hamby in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Colin Garrison cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Casey Worthington was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. South Eliot AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dalton Smiley 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Dalton Smiley dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Casey Worthington, 3-0. Dalton Smiley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casey Worthington having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Lahore Lions's Colin Garrison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casey Worthington made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Dan Khan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Casey Worthington. South Eliot AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dalton Smiley made a kick off. South Eliot AFC's Casey Worthington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Colin Garrison in the 57th minute of play. Jeremy Hamby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lahore Lions's Dwayne Guinn got a free kick in the 80th minute. Colin Garrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Colin Garrison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lahore Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Colin Garrison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casey Worthington breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dale Diggs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jarrett Driver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, South Eliot AFC's Darron Huntley got a free kick in the 94th minute. Lahore Lions's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
