The audience was convinced that Cameron Thurman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Merle Farris was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Tristan German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merle Farris having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tristan German was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tristan German couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cameron Thurman in the 82nd minute of play forced BLUFOR's goalkeeper Merle Farris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cameron Thurman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The BLUFOR players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
