Cherry Splitters's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Frankie Gaines scored to the left of an out of position Geoffrey Holley, making the score, 1-0. Geoffrey Holley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kenneth Pepper's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Geoffrey Holley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frankie Gaines in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Gerald Ladner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cherry Splitters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boston Terrier FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cherry Splitters's Gerald Ladner got a free kick in the 24th minute. Kenneth Pepper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geoffrey Holley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Colby Solis's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Broussard in the 31st minute of play forced Boston Terrier FC's goalkeeper Mickey Goldman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Broussard scored 2-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mickey Goldman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenneth Pepper's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geoffrey Holley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Frankie Gaines left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boston Terrier FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When Boston Terrier FC's Colby Solis in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cherry Splitters's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute, Aurelio Chadwick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frankie Gaines in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geoffrey Holley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54thth minute of the game Colby Solis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cherry Splitters's Geoffrey Holley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute Colby Solis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geoffrey Holley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geoffrey Holley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frankie Gaines, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Aurelio Chadwick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boston Terrier FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Chadwick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geoffrey Holley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Frankie Gaines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geoffrey Holley was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Alejandro Broussard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mickey Goldman, 3-2. In the 73rd minute, Frankie Gaines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Colby Solis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geoffrey Holley. Cherry Splitters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Colby Solis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Frankie Gaines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Geoffrey Holley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geoffrey Holley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Pepper in the 82nd minute of the match. Kenneth Pepper took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geoffrey Holley. Geoffrey Holley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Kenneth Pepper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geoffrey Holley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Colby Solis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Frankie Gaines might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geoffrey Holley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frankie Gaines ran back to his position shaking his head. Colby Solis struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Geoffrey Holley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boston Terrier FC. In the 95th match minute, Cherry Splitters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Broussard to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Boston Terrier FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
