Benito Rivers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Merle Farris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Apathy FC's Benito Rivers in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BLUFOR's goalie prevented a goal. Merle Farris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Robles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merle Farris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robin Robles's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Merle Farris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Rivers in the 10th minute of play. Robin Robles scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Merle Farris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The attack was good, but when Morgan Barth in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Gordon Ezell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Cezary Koczara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Rivers scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Merle Farris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. BLUFOR's Merle Farris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Robles in the 35th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, BLUFOR's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Robles came free, but Merle Farris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benito Rivers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gordon Ezell was the one to do the kick off. Morgan Barth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Koczara having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Dwight Cooper mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apathy FC and the BLUFOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Apathy FC's Dwight Cooper got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Gordon Ezell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Koczara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Rivers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Merle Farris firmly grabbed it by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Benito Rivers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Merle Farris. BLUFOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Rivers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Merle Farris acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ron Odell. Merle Farris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Robles, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Deshawn Lujan charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deshawn Lujan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Deshawn Lujan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When Morgan Barth came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the BLUFOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Morgan Barth couldn't finish the play. The Apathy FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Apathy FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
