Ken Flores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7th minute, Craig Massey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ken Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Moseley in the 9th minute of play. When Gavino Olivar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 11 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Davis Pollock was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gavino Olivar let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 14th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. Davis Pollock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Olivar in the 18th minute of the match. Rolland Springer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Davis Pollock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Olivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Lamar's goalkeeper Davis Pollock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavino Olivar. In the 32nd match minute, FC STATES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merrill Swenson to maneuver through the defense. When Vincenzo McPherson fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC STATES's protests and gave Vincenzo McPherson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC STATES getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Vincenzo McPherson hit a great ball. Craig Massey hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jamel Fulton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC STATES's Vincenzo McPherson has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quentin Moseley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, FC STATES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merrill Swenson to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Vance Allen in the 57th minute really tested Ken Flores's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Vance Allen's late challenge caught a FC STATES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vance Allen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Vance Allen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Len Bates charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Len Bates the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes FC STATES got a freekick which was hit by Len Bates. FC STATES's Ken Flores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save FC STATES from getting a goal against them. Valério Saraiva struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Davis Pollock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC STATES. In the 79th minute, Lamar's Quentin Moseley dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After a rather tough play, FC STATES's Len Bates got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Gavino Olivar took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davis Pollock. Davis Pollock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Winfred Yates kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ken Flores made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Jamel Fulton sent off a good shot on target. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
