Federico McLeod was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Denis McDaniel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Crucifyxae's zone, Denis McDaniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico McLeod came out of the goal and Denis McDaniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tanner Blue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Carrasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th match minute, Moss Beach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nolan Christian to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crucifyxae's goalkeeper Federico McLeod, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matt Manley might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico McLeod. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matt Manley ran back to his position shaking his head. If Denis McDaniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico McLeod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis McDaniel in the 22nd minute of play. Mohammad Mayfield kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milo Miles in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanner Blue saved Moss Beach FC from getting behind. Matt Manley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Federico McLeod tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis McDaniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Moss Beach FC's Matt Manley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico McLeod made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Tanner Blue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Carrasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis McDaniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico McLeod having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Matt Manley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 67 played minutes Crucifyxae got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Mayfield. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis McDaniel in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico McLeod prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Crucifyxae getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sherman Gray hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Crucifyxae's goal looked a bit too open when Denis McDaniel came free, but Federico McLeod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Crucifyxae got a freekick which was hit by Edward Carrasco. The attack was good, but when Denis McDaniel in the 96th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. There was no doubt that Moss Beach FC were the better team. Moss Beach FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
