Spectators: 6786 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leon Ward got the match started through his kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Muelblour FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Ward came free, but Titus Culver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hunters Creek Village AFC's goalkeeper Bob Martinez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bob Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doug Adkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 24th minute Leon Ward shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Titus Culver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muelblour FC's goalkeeper Titus Culver, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Titus Culver made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monty Hurd in the 29th minute. Leroy Robison hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Bob Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doug Adkins in the 32nd minute of play. The Muelblour FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Muelblour FC's DeMarcus Schafer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Monty Hurd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunters Creek Village AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Monty Hurd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Titus Culver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Monty Hurd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monty Hurd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Titus Culver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell DeMarcus Schafer to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Hunters Creek Village AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lanny Munoz. 54 minutes into the match, Muelblour FC's Jermaine Albrecht broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Doug Adkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Martinez having to interfere. DeMarcus Schafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Bob Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Titus Culver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Ward in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the Muelblour FC defense, Monty Hurd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Titus Culver. The Muelblour FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Titus Culver should have stopped the shot. Doug Adkins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Bob Martinez made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Muelblour FC's Jerome Geiger got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monty Hurd in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Titus Culver prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Muelblour FC's Titus Culver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Ward in the 86th minute of play. If Doug Adkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
