Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sanford Saenz took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Theodore Werner came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Tuckahoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theodore Werner couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tuckahoe getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Theodore Dubois hit a great ball. When Alberto Silver fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canadian's protests and gave Alberto Silver a yellow card for diving instead. Damon Otto, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Theodore Werner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Earl Godfrey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Theodore Werner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Earl Godfrey. Canadian's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Theodore Werner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Tuckahoe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquis Platt to maneuver through the defense. Martin Hughes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Theodore Werner could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Earl Godfrey however easily saved by the left post. Sanford Saenz struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Sol Collins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canadian. Brandon Lloyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sol Collins having to interfere. Sol Collins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sanford Saenz, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Earl Godfrey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Hughes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Hughes made a kick off. Ian Shook charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Shook the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tuckahoe's Ian Shook got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Brandon Lloyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Hughes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Earl Godfrey having to make a save. Sol Collins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sanford Saenz in the 78th minute of the match. If Martin Hughes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marquis Platt charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marquis Platt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Canadian's Derick Law couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tuckahoe. The supporters of Canadian booed when Tuckahoe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wallace Numbers didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sanford Saenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sanford Saenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sol Collins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
