Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5838, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. DeMarcus Schafer started the match with the kick off. A collision led to St Paul Trojans getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Shelton Macias hit a great ball. Doug Adkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Solis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Nickerson in the 11th minute of play forced Muelblour FC's goalkeeper Titus Culver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jack Ritter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Titus Culver read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. St Paul Trojans's Jack Ritter got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Jack Ritter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Doug Adkins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muelblour FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doug Adkins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brendon Solis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 25 minutes, Jack Ritter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St Paul Trojans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jack Ritter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Jack Ritter notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Muelblour FC's Titus Culver. Titus Culver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jack Ritter charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jack Ritter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Muelblour FC booed when St Paul Trojans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Ritter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brendon Solis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from DeMarcus Schafer in the 40th minute of the match. If DeMarcus Schafer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Muelblour FC got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Huerta. Shawn Whaley was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Jack Ritter made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of St Paul Trojans booed when Muelblour FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donovan Huerta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, St Paul Trojans's Don Nickerson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Titus Culver made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Muelblour FC's Leroy Robison got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jack Ritter took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Titus Culver. Titus Culver dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The supporters of Muelblour FC booed when St Paul Trojans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shelton Macias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute DeMarcus Schafer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendon Solis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th match minute, St Paul Trojans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shelton Macias to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute of the match Muelblour FC got a corner. St Paul Trojans's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jermaine Albrecht ran over to the corner to take the kick. Don Nickerson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Titus Culver made a huge save. Titus Culver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ritter, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. St Paul Trojans played a much better game than Muelblour FC and deserved their victory. The Muelblour FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
