Tuckahoe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damon Otto in the 37th minute. The corner led to Tuckahoe's Timmy Sterling getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Guy Hobbs put in a rough tackle. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Theodore Werner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Jason Williamson made a huge save. If Winfred Lord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute.
