Randolph Ziegler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Barry, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Fort Shawnee's Rory Randall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by J.C. Thomason in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling J.C. Thomason in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rory Randall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Randolph Ziegler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merle Beltre in the 38th minute of play. Willie Tyler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Randall having to interfere. The supporters of Fort Shawnee booed when Habana F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Curtis didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and J.C. Thomason made a kick off. A collision led to Habana F.C getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rickey Browning hit a great ball. J.C. Thomason fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Randall having to interfere. Warren Dykes's late challenge caught a Habana F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Warren Dykes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fort Shawnee's Warren Dykes got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Habana F.C fully deserved thier win.
