Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sanluz FC's Leo Wilburn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Lenny Walter notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ricardo garcia Bernal's Rodrick Hawk. Rodrick Hawk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7th minute, Leo Wilburn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrick Hawk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Leo Wilburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12 minutes into the match, Sanluz FC's goalkeeper Anson Dow had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claude Lucas. Ricardo garcia Bernal's Tad Carney got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anson Dow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tad Carney in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ricardo garcia Bernal's zone, Lenny Walter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrick Hawk came out of the goal and Lenny Walter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Leo Wilburn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanluz FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Wilburn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrick Hawk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davis Gutierrez charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davis Gutierrez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Ricardo garcia Bernal got a freekick which was hit by Davis Gutierrez. Leo Wilburn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrick Hawk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Walter in the 24th minute of play. Romeo Snyder kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Sanluz FC's Leo Wilburn in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ricardo garcia Bernal's goalie prevented a goal. Leo Wilburn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Sanluz FC's Leo Wilburn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrick Hawk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Wilburn in the 40th minute of play forced Ricardo garcia Bernal's goalkeeper Rodrick Hawk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerome Medley's late challenge caught a Sanluz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerome Medley helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ricardo garcia Bernal's Jerome Medley got a free kick in the 46th minute. Lenny Walter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the game, Edgardo Bocanegra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ricardo garcia Bernal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanluz FC the free kick. In the 55th minute, Lenny Walter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrick Hawk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Ricardo garcia Bernal's zone, Leo Wilburn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrick Hawk came out of the goal and Leo Wilburn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anson Dow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tad Carney, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute, Lenny Walter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tad Carney hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Anson Dow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tad Carney in the 78th minute of play. Rodrick Hawk made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Leo Wilburn sent off a good shot on target. Tad Carney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anson Dow read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sanluz FC defense, Tad Carney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anson Dow. The Sanluz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anson Dow should have stopped the shot. After having played for 93 minutes, Kory Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanluz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kory Shepherd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ricardo garcia Bernal's Rodrick Hawk got control of the ball when Lenny Walter tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Sanluz FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ricardo garcia Bernal throughout the match.
