With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wyatt Holman in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kirby Park saved Leo & Chivo from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calvin Dobson during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Calvin Dobson kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wyatt Holman sped through Leo & Chivo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kirby Park. Arnold Slaughter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Boyd having to interfere. Kris Boyd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Eaton, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Wyatt Holman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Solomon Vela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Von Kennedy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wyatt Holman struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Kirby Park didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thongnam LP. When Thongnam LP's Adalberto Taylor in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alan Eaton was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Thongnam LP's Kirby Park threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wyatt Holman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kirby Park made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adalberto Taylor in the 53rd minute. After 55 played minutes Leo & Chivo got a freekick which was hit by Solomon Vela. After a defensive mix-up in Leo & Chivo's zone, Kasey Bass stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kirby Park came out of the goal and Kasey Bass tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kirby Park made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wyatt Holman in the 67th minute of play. A hard shot 69 in the game by Von Kennedy from a close distance when the talented Kirby Park managed to make a qualified save. Leo & Chivo's players were relieved. If Alan Eaton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Eaton in the 77th minute of play forced Thongnam LP's goalkeeper Kris Boyd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kirby Park made an important save on a dangerous shot by Von Kennedy in the 84th minute. The supporters of Thongnam LP booed when Leo & Chivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calvin Dobson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kirby Park read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasey Bass got free with Kirby Park in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kris Boyd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Slaughter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adalberto Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Thongnam LP left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leo & Chivo.
