Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Norway's Dexter Tucker got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes, Kurtis Arrington mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norway and the Carrizo Springs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Norway was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurtis Arrington to maneuver through the defense. Kirby Hooper, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jay Redd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duke Zapata having to make a save. After 15 played minutes Norway got a freekick which was hit by Otis Bentley. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jay Redd in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duke Zapata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jay Redd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sammy Person in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duke Zapata saved Carrizo Springs from getting behind. Duke Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sammy Person, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Norway's Jay Redd made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duke Zapata was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Angelo Pack managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizo Springs's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Pack was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilbur Biggs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Norway's Glenn Potts got a free kick in the 31st minute. The supporters of Carrizo Springs booed when Norway was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Person didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sammy Person's late challenge caught a Carrizo Springs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sammy Person helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 39 minutes, Robbie Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrizo Springs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robbie Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Norway booed when Carrizo Springs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kirby Hooper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otis Bentley missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Duke Zapata right hand side. When Norway's Jay Redd in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carrizo Springs's goalie prevented a goal. Wilbur Biggs made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Angelo Pack sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Pack to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jay Redd's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duke Zapata was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Duke Zapata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jay Redd in the 68th minute of the match. Norway's Sammy Person got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Aldrich struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Wilbur Biggs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrizo Springs. Carrizo Springs's Duke Zapata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Carrizo Springs from getting a goal against them. Allan Coronado kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Carrizo Springs's zone, Sammy Person stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duke Zapata came out of the goal and Sammy Person tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sammy Person had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded Norway left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carrizo Springs.
