Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reynaldo Redding kicked off to start the match. Port Carbon FC's Nathaniel Broussard couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chicago Knights. In the 6th minute, Oren Parra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lane White fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chicago Knights's protests and gave Lane White a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chicago Knights getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lane White hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes Port Carbon FC got a freekick which was hit by Nathaniel Broussard. Port Carbon FC's Len Spaulding played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frankie Wolff in the 18th minute of play. Frankie Wolff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Len Spaulding having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Port Carbon FC's zone, Reynaldo Redding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Len Spaulding came out of the goal and Reynaldo Redding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Reynaldo Redding put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Len Spaulding. 27 minutes into the match, Chicago Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Craig Webber came free, but Winston Morgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Redding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Len Spaulding having to interfere. Craig Webber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Winston Morgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Redding's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Len Spaulding read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Redding in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Len Spaulding prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Port Carbon FC's Brent Tompkins got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Frankie Wolff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Craig Webber to make the kick off. Oren Parra kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Len Spaulding made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Redding in the 65th minute of play. Reynaldo Redding sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Brent Tompkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Redding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Len Spaulding having to interfere. If Reynaldo Redding had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Redding lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Len Spaulding. 85 minutes into the match, Port Carbon FC's goalkeeper Len Spaulding had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frankie Wolff. The audience was convinced that Reynaldo Redding's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Len Spaulding was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Frankie Wolff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frankie Wolffs short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Len Spaulding to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Chicago Knights left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Port Carbon FC.
