Spectators: 7760 (Terracing: 5821, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Graham Napier kicked off to start the match. Yonkers's Neal Richardson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Daugherty in the 16th minute of play. Neal Richardson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Daugherty, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Neal Richardson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Napier in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yonkers's Cesar Livingston got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Daugherty in the 40th minute of play forced Yonkers's goalkeeper Neal Richardson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Sex Panthers FC's goalkeeper Louis Alfaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Howard. After a defensive mix-up in Sex Panthers FC's zone, John Howard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louis Alfaro came out of the goal and John Howard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sex Panthers FC's Dwayne LeBlanc got a free kick in the 45th minute. Wyatt Carrington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Louis Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Wyatt Carrington made the kick off in the second half. When Yonkers's John Howard in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sex Panthers FC's goalie prevented a goal. Frankie Currie thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Louis Alfaro, a very annoying self made goal in the 54th minute which led to 2-1. When Yonkers's John Howard in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The score was now 2-2. In the 82nd minute, Don Daugherty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neal Richardson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graham Napier in the 85th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Sex Panthers FC's Neal Richardson threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Graham Napier, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 90 minutes Sex Panthers FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dylan Pryor who took care of the corner kick. If Don Daugherty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Wyatt Carrington got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yonkers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
