Thaddeus Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Oren Lundy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wyatt Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Simon Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Farr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Kerns having to interfere. Simon Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Kerns read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Tyrell Marion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wyatt Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Simon Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mipau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Velasco couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Simon Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mipau were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Dade City to leave the ground with a draw.
