Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerry Dailey started the match with the kick off. Johnathon Patel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Crandall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Virginia settlers's zone, Max Huston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Crandall came out of the goal and Max Huston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathon Patel in the 17th minute of play forced Virginia settlers's goalkeeper Alex Crandall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brent Lutz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Lance Bryson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Lance Bryson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnathon Patel made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Virginia settlers's goalkeeper Alex Crandall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dexter Platt. After a defensive mix-up in Virginia settlers's zone, Dexter Platt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Crandall came out of the goal and Dexter Platt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johnathon Patel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alex Crandall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Virginia settlers got a freekick which was hit by Norman Bradshaw. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Dexter Platt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orland AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dexter Platt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Crandall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alex Crandall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johnathon Patel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 90 minute of play. Orland AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
