Alex Crandall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Lowry in the 81st minute of play. If Wilton Lowry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Virginia settlers's Jordan Kent got a free kick in the 84th minute. Quintin Nichols didn't quite understand what happened when in the 90 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 92 minutes of play, Virginia settlers's Quintin Nichols made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rickie Arden was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Bryon Hyde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aromas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryon Hyde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Crandall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virginia settlers were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
