Brent Lutz kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes in the game, Simon Velasco dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. A collision led to Orland AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Brent Lutz hit a great ball. Mipau's Simon Velasco got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Velasco in the 19th minute of play forced Orland AFC's goalkeeper Aaron Levine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genaro Farr during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute of the match Malcolm Hills shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wyatt Pacheco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jeremiah John kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Winston Decker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mipau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orland AFC the free kick. A collision led to Mipau getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Winston Decker hit a great ball. Wes Love, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wyatt Pacheco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnathon Patel, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Johnathon Patel came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Orland AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnathon Patel couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Velasco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Max Huston hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Johnathon Patel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Levine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Galvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Wyatt Pacheco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Huston went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute Alfonso Galvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Levine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thaddeus Yang hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes, Orland AFC's Rico Bingham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wyatt Pacheco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Orland AFC reached it. Alfonso Galvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aaron Levine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 90 minutes on the clock, Earl Foreman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Earl Foreman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Orland AFC's Aaron Levine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Velasco in the 94th minute of play.
