The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sylvester Purvis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cobi Wilhelm during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Tesla TEC got a freekick which was hit by Cobi Wilhelm. 15 minutes into the match, Tesla TEC's goalkeeper James Bergstrom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willis Elias. With a little luck, Tesla TEC's James Bergstrom got control of the ball when Willis Elias tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Tesla TEC's Sylvester Purvis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Saucedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. James Bergstrom came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by JINAN QuanYun FC's Percy Baron. But to his dismay, Percy Baron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Percy Baron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute Royce Leach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but James Bergstrom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. James Bergstrom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Royce Leach in the 32nd minute of the match. If Sylvester Purvis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristobal Carmichael in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Saucedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Tesla TEC booed when JINAN QuanYun FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Royce Leach didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

James Bergstrom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Royce Leach in the 53rd minute of the match. Sylvester Purvis struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dante Saucedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tesla TEC. Franklin Reyna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Saucedo having to interfere. Cristobal Carmichaels short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Dante Saucedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 62 minutes into the game, Percy Baron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JINAN QuanYun FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tesla TEC the free kick. In the 67th minute, Rolando Calloway hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Bergstrom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stevie Brock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sylvester Purvis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Carmichael struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Dante Saucedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tesla TEC. James Bergstrom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Royce Leach in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, JINAN QuanYun FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Carmichael came free, but Dante Saucedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in JINAN QuanYun FC's zone, Cristobal Carmichael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Saucedo came out of the goal and Cristobal Carmichael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, JINAN QuanYun FC's Percy Baron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. James Bergstrom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 96th play minute Saul Duke came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dante Saucedo. 3-4. Tesla TEC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
