Spectators: 7594 (Terracing: 5782, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 40) Oren Thome started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Stowe's goal looked a bit too open when Oren Thome came free, but Rocky Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduardo Moser charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Moser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Stowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Moser to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Salvatore Dubose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Sweet was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Olivehurst's zone, Salvatore Dubose stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Sweet came out of the goal and Salvatore Dubose tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Salvatore Dubose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Sweet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintin Riggs in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Stowe getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eduardo Moser hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Colby Reaves got free with Rocky Mackey in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mervin Meza's late challenge caught a Stowe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mervin Meza helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Olivehurst's Mervin Meza got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Oren Thome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, Stowe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wes Webster to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Olivehurst's Colby Reaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rocky Mackey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anton Sweet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintin Riggs, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Eduardo Moser hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Salvatore Dubose blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anton Sweet having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54thth minute of the game Oren Thome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stowe's Rocky Mackey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Mervin Meza notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Stowe's Rocky Mackey. Rocky Mackey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Olivehurst getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mervin Meza hit a great ball. If Salvatore Dubose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olivehurst's Anton Sweet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintin Riggs in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Salvatore Dubose ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Sweet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Bret Yates kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Stowe got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Moser. 83 minutes into the match, Stowe's goal looked a bit too open when Oren Thome came free, but Rocky Mackey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oren Thome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rocky Mackey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rocky Mackey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colby Reaves in the 88th minute of the match. When Colby Reaves came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Olivehurst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Colby Reaves couldn't finish the play. Rocky Mackey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Colby Reaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Stowe's Eduardo Moser got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olivehurst's Anton Sweet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintin Riggs in the 95th minute of play.
