After a defensive mix-up in Swiftyville's zone, Franklin Reyna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Hermansson came out of the goal and Franklin Reyna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tesla TEC's James Bergstrom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Roland in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrod Baltazar in the 13th minute of play forced Tesla TEC's goalkeeper James Bergstrom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Swiftyville's Jarrod Baltazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. James Bergstrom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jarrod Baltazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Swiftyville's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarrod Baltazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. James Bergstrom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Tesla TEC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarrod Baltazar came free, but James Bergstrom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Bradley Byrne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of James Bergstrom. Tesla TEC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bradley Byrne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Sylvester Purvis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Wilhelm Hermansson made a huge save. Franklin Reyna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Sylvester Purvis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tesla TEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sylvester Purvis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilhelm Hermansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristobal Carmichael made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Swiftyville's Jarrod Baltazar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind James Bergstrom. James Bergstrom yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Sylvester Purvis might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilhelm Hermansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sylvester Purvis ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristobal Carmichael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Wilhelm Hermansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristobal Carmichael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarrod Baltazar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving James Bergstrom. That made the score 1-4 in the 68 minute of play. Cristobal Carmichael hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Carmichael in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilhelm Hermansson saved Swiftyville from getting behind. Swiftyville's Wilhelm Hermansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvester Purvis in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Tesla TEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Christian Overå to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Bradley Byrne dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of James Bergstrom, 1-5. The Swiftyville players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
