Spectators: 7705 (Terracing: 5780, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alejandro Marsh kicked off to start the match. Eliseo Aaron took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duke Snider. Duke Snider dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Eliseo Aaron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Duke Snider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Wixom FC's goalkeeper Stan Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Winston Carter. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Aaron in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duke Snider prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Wixom FC's goalkeeper Stan Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Winston Carter. The supporters of McLean FC booed when Wixom FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barry Bland didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Russell Riker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wixom FC's Stan Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Russell Riker in the 31st minute of play. In the 37th minute, Wilber Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38thth minute of the game Russell Riker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wixom FC's Stan Ferreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Duke Snider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Marsh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duke Snider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Marsh, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Wixom FC's Eliseo Aaron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duke Snider narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Russell Riker to make the kick off. Eliseo Aaron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Marsh in the 59th minute of play forced McLean FC's goalkeeper Duke Snider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duke Snider made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Eliseo Aaron sent off a good shot on target. Russell Riker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Stan Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Wixom FC's goal looked a bit too open when Russell Riker came free, but Stan Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of McLean FC booed when Wixom FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barry Bland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Winston Carter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Ferreira. Wixom FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Winston Carter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 76th minute, Alejandro Marsh fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Duke Snider, passed just outside the right post. Duke Snider made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Eliseo Aaron sent off a good shot on target. Russell Riker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Russell Riker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stan Ferreira was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Barry Bland's late challenge caught a McLean FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barry Bland helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Wixom FC got a freekick which was hit by Barry Bland. Stan Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Winston Carter in the 97th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
