Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Palmer Wheeler made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Coral Terrace's goal looked a bit too open when Daren Avila came free, but Roberto Shaffer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deon Smith charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deon Smith the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Coral Terrace's Deon Smith got a free kick in the 9th minute. Coral Terrace's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Palmer Wheeler 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Rodrick Frederick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Shaffer having to interfere. Roberto Shaffer was a little too slow when Palmer Wheeler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Daren Avila fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Downingtown's protests and gave Daren Avila a yellow card for diving instead. Roberto Shaffer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Palmer Wheeler in the 34th minute of the match. Deon Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Hugh McCollum sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Coral Terrace's Roberto Shaffer didn't even have to move. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rigoberto Wise made the kick off in the second half. With 53 minutes on the clock, Julio Spaulding commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, Coral Terrace's Grady Ezell got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robby Cummings. In the 59thth minute of the game Rigoberto Wise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Downingtown's Robby Cummings was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rodrick Frederick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrick Frederick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute Rodrick Frederick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Shaffer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Wise in the 68th minute of play forced Downingtown's goalkeeper Robby Cummings to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Enoch Guinn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Downingtown and the Coral Terrace players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodrick Frederick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Roberto Shaffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Downingtown booed when Coral Terrace was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Connor Cadena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes Downingtown got a freekick which was hit by Palmer Wheeler. In the 81st minute, Rodrick Frederick left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Downingtown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Roberto Shaffer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrick Frederick in the 84th minute of play. Roberto Shaffer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrick Frederick, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Enoch Guinn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coral Terrace's Deon Smith got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Deon Smith off the ground. After 92 played minutes Coral Terrace got a freekick which was hit by Deon Smith. The audience was convinced that Rodrick Frederick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto Shaffer was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Rodrick Frederick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Shaffer having to interfere. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Downingtown fans cheered their team off the field, for while Coral Terrace had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
