Spectators: 7728 (Terracing: 5797, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) The crowd rose to their feet as Russell Riker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jefferson Magee. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Russell Riker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Winston Carter struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Jefferson Magee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for McLean FC. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Aggieland's goalkeeper Jefferson Magee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, McLean FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quinton Johns came free, but Duke Snider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. McLean FC's Winston Carter got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 29 played minutes FC Aggieland got a freekick which was hit by Zane Stafford. Winston Carter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson Magee having to interfere. Jefferson Magee came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by McLean FC's Russell Riker. But to his dismay, Russell Riker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Tracy Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duke Snider having to interfere. If Winston Carter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tracy Bravo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Aggieland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tracy Bravo couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute Quinton Johns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duke Snider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When FC Aggieland's Tracy Bravo in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye McLean FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Russell Riker in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jefferson Magee saved FC Aggieland from getting behind. Quinton Johns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Duke Snider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to McLean FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Houston Coppack hit a great ball. 60 minutes in the game, Tracy Bravo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Duke Snider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinton Johns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Rico Ledbetter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Aggieland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave McLean FC the free kick. The supporters of McLean FC booed when FC Aggieland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rico Ledbetter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes FC Aggieland got a freekick which was hit by Zane Stafford. Winston Carter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson Magee having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Marty Irizarry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tracy Bravo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, FC Aggieland's Quinton Johns dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. If Tracy Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jefferson Magee came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by McLean FC's Russell Riker. But to his dismay, Russell Riker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Aggieland's zone, Russell Riker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Magee came out of the goal and Russell Riker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The McLean FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Aggieland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
