Spectators: 7754 (Terracing: 5817, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) McLean FC's Russell Riker started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Duke Snider successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tracy Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duke Snider having to interfere. FC Aggieland's Jefferson Magee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winston Carter in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to McLean FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Maurice Kendall hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Quinton Johns recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Duke Snider. Quinton Johns showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Winston Carter put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jefferson Magee. Zane Stafford kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ralph Gilmore was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Winston Carter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jefferson Magee. FC Aggieland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Winston Carter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quinton Johns made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Houston Coppack in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Aggieland's goalkeeper Jefferson Magee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tracy Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duke Snider having to interfere. Quinton Johns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duke Snider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinton Johns in the 63rd minute of play. If Tracy Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Russell Riker in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Aggieland's goalkeeper Jefferson Magee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Magee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Russell Riker in the 81st minute of play. Tracy Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. McLean FC's Duke Snider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quinton Johns in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. McLean FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
