Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Orono booed when Appalachian Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curt Higgins didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 minutes of play, Appalachian Football Club's Olin Voss made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. J.P. Rubio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12thth minute of the game Olin Voss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orono's J.P. Rubio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orono's J.P. Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Roe in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Orono's Edgar Bergman got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Arturo Parish dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lyle De La Cruz, 1-1. In the 24th minute, Olin Voss ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. J.P. Rubio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tristan Roe kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Porter Hills fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orono's protests and gave Porter Hills a yellow card for diving instead. Porter Hills hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Appalachian Football Club's Olin Voss in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orono's goalie prevented a goal. Tristan Roe kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olin Voss in the 43rd minute of play forced Orono's goalkeeper J.P. Rubio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Bergman hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Norberto Braun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but J.P. Rubio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Olin Voss made the kick off in the second half. Lyle De La Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Parish in the 53rd minute of play. Orono's J.P. Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Braun in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Lenny Felix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orono's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Appalachian Football Club the free kick. In the 59th minute, Lenny Felix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tristan Roe's late challenge caught a Orono's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tristan Roe helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Russo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Orono getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Salvador Russo hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes Appalachian Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Olin Voss. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Arturo Parish put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Lyle De La Cruz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olin Voss got free with J.P. Rubio in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 84 played minutes Appalachian Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Ali. Olin Voss kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. A collision led to Appalachian Football Club getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tristan Roe hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Appalachian Football Club's Olin Voss slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of J.P. Rubio. That made the score 3-4 after 94 minutes of play. The Orono supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Appalachian Football Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Appalachian Football Club.
