Spectators: 6761 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lloyd Hatcher kicked off to start the match. Whitney Rowell succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 6th playminute. 14 minutes in the game, Lloyd Hatcher fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sean Wise having to interfere. If Reed MacWilliams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 minutes, Lloyd Hatcher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the flatos F.C. and the Highland Beach players grew even worse after the yellow card. Whitney Rowell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sean Wise came out and tried to block the shot, but Whitney Rowell slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. Sean Wise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lloyd Hatcher in the 32nd minute of the match. If Darren Camacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tod Herring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mario Toney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darren Camacho fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 43rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. If Tod Herring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tod Herring was the one to do the kick off. Tod Herring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Mario Toney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Toney was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Travis Creech capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Travis Creech really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Lloyd Hatcher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sean Wise having to make a save. Sean Wise stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Whitney Rowell's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Travis Creech hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Whitney Rowell in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sean Wise prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sean Wise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Whitney Rowell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
