In the 13th minute, Thaddeus Byrd left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peoria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trevor Beltre got free with Otto Madrid in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik West received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Kevin Hensley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peoria's Otto Madrid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Peoria from getting a goal against them. Jonathon Wilkes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Madrid having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Jonathon Wilkes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otto Madrid was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Jonathon Wilkes hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the game, Graham Dominguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peoria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charizard FC the free kick. In the 36th match minute, Peoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graham Dominguez to maneuver through the defense. Otto Madrid made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Jonathon Wilkes sent off a good shot on target. Otto Madrid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathon Wilkes in the 98th minute of play forced Peoria's goalkeeper Otto Madrid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Charizard FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
