The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Satans Kickers's Virgilio Hamby got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacob Cherry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bennett Billings tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Jacob Cherry dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bennett Billings, 1-0. Virgilio Hamby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennett Billings having to interfere. If Virgilio Hamby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgilio Hamby kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bennett Billings. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Gerald Heller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trevor Wills in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jasper Noel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerald Heller to strike the kick off in the second half. When George Messer fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Satans Kickers's protests and gave George Messer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Satans Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Messer to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Trevor Wills left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a little luck, Satans Kickers's Jasper Noel got control of the ball when Trevor Wills tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jasper Noel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerald Heller in the 59th minute of play. Gerald Heller struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jasper Noel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Stars. A collision led to Black Stars getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Lee Gregory hit a great ball. Satans Kickers's Donovan Cotton couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Black Stars. Derek Parham kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerald Heller in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jasper Noel saved Satans Kickers from getting behind. If Trevor Wills had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bennett Billings showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Kane, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes Satans Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Kasey Rutledge. For all the effort they put into the match, the Black Stars players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Satans Kickers.
