Jamel Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Duane Joyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Jonathon Wilkes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duane Joyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HTX ASTRO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charizard FC the free kick. After 14 played minutes HTX ASTRO got a freekick which was hit by Caleb Lowry. Garret Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garret Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Garret Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Charizard FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Caleb Lowry scored to the left of an out of position Kevin Hensley, making the score, 1-1. Caleb Lowry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kevin Hensley came out and tried to block the shot, but Caleb Lowry slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 26th minute. If Rigoberto Arroyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Hensley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Villa in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Caleb Lowry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Kevin Hensley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute Jonathon Wilkes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duane Joyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Caleb Lowry notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Charizard FC's Kevin Hensley. Kevin Hensley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The wind increased when Joe Villa made the kick off in the second half. Duane Joyce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrence Hall's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Duane Joyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamel Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Joe Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Hensley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Caleb Lowry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Hensley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Hensley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joe Villa went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute, Charizard FC's Jamel Diaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-3. In the 83rd minute, Joe Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caleb Lowry in the 89th minute of play forced Charizard FC's goalkeeper Kevin Hensley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohammad Ramsey's late challenge caught a Charizard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohammad Ramsey helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathon Wilkes in the 93rd minute of play forced HTX ASTRO's goalkeeper Duane Joyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jamel Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charizard FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
