Kip Wyatt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute, Julio Aviles made a precise shot to the right of Zachariah McClain. Malulo LC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. George Krueger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kip Wyatt having to interfere. If Kasey Elliot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Julio Aviles got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 30 minutes, Julio Aviles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLC FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Aviles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, SLC FC's Eusebio Lund tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kasey Elliot struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Kip Wyatt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malulo LC. Zachariah McClain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Lund in the 44th minute of the match. George Krueger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Krueger was the one to do the kick off. Julio Aviles might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zachariah McClain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Aviles ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, Eusebio Lund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariah McClain. Malulo LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Lund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Theodore Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Julio Aviles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zachariah McClain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Lund in the 66th minute of the match. If Kasey Elliot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, George Krueger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malulo LC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SLC FC the free kick. In the 79th minute, George Krueger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Krueger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eusebio Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute Eusebio Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariah McClain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SLC FC's goalkeeper Kip Wyatt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Malulo LC got a freekick which was hit by Salvatore Hickey. Eusebio Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariah McClain having to interfere.
