Zackary McQueen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. George Krueger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zackary McQueen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kasey Elliot went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Theodore Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Freddy Miller took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Zachariah McClain to make any attempt to save it. Derick Irving hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, George Krueger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If George Krueger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 minutes of play, Malulo LC's Kasey Elliot made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zackary McQueen was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Guy to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Malulo LC booed when Islanders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurence Varner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kasey Elliot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes Islanders got a freekick which was hit by Dustin Cramer. If Enrique Guy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Krueger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Zackary McQueen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Malulo LC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
