Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Max Lawrence took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dylan Dawkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Andre Kimbrough tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rex Bynum kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fallbrook AFC's Rex Bynum got a free kick in the 13th minute. Dylan Dawkins might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andre Kimbrough. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dylan Dawkins ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Vito Randolph left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NY92 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rocky Shipman hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ezra Hendrix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Lawrence in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Randolph in the 23rd minute of play forced Fallbrook AFC's goalkeeper Andre Kimbrough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When NY92's Dylan Dawkins in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fallbrook AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Vito Randolph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andre Kimbrough stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vito Randolph's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Vito Randolph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Lawrence fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezra Hendrix having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Max Lawrence got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Fallbrook AFC's Virgilio Faulk made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ezra Hendrix was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dylan Dawkins made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Fallbrook AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Dawkins came free, but Andre Kimbrough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NY92 were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Fallbrook AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thad Bledsoe took the corner. Thad Bledsoe made a great header on NY92's corner, it was just that Fallbrook AFC's Andre Kimbrough managed to reach the ball for a save. After 55 played minutes Fallbrook AFC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Faulk. The Fallbrook AFC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Fallbrook AFC's Max Lawrence looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 61 minutes into the game, NY92's Vito Randolph nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andre Kimbrough made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 69th minute Rocky Shipman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 69 minutes into the game, Rex Bynum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fallbrook AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NY92 the free kick. Rex Bynum kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Vito Randolph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vito Randolph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Fallbrook AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan McCain. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Thad Bledsoe managed to get in a good position for a shot. NY92's supporters rose to their feet, but Thad Bledsoe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Kimbrough breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
