Spectators: 7595 (Terracing: 5812, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 2) Reyes McCarthy made the kick off and thus started the match. 7 minutes into the game, Blair Moon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bernardo Chacon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Fosiedal FF's Frankie Cortez got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a little luck, Fosiedal FF's Dalton Sylvester got control of the ball when Markus Dawkins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dalton Sylvester was a little too slow when Jess Messer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-2. Dalton Sylvester didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jess Messer went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Jess Messer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalton Sylvester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Acero shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Dalton Sylvester was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Fosiedal FF's zone, Jess Messer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalton Sylvester came out of the goal and Jess Messer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Blair Moon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fosiedal FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Blair Moon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Chacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Chacon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reyes McCarthy's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Keith Mohr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalton Sylvester having to interfere. After some careless play in the Fosiedal FF defense, Markus Dawkins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalton Sylvester. The Fosiedal FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalton Sylvester should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jess Messer made a kick off. Dalton Sylvester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jess Messer in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Markus Dawkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blair Moon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 64th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Fosiedal FF's zone, Markus Dawkins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalton Sylvester came out of the goal and Markus Dawkins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Jess Messer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalton Sylvester was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. If Markus Dawkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fosiedal FF's Dalton Sylvester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jess Messer in the 80th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Fosiedal FF's Bernardo Chacon threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reyes McCarthy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fosiedal FF! When Keith Mohr fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Richton AFC's protests and gave Keith Mohr a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Richton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Keith Mohr. 97 minutes into the match, Fosiedal FF's Blair Moon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Chacon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 100th minute Markus Dawkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalton Sylvester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richton AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
