Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cedric Crocker got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Leon Dutton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Dobson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Van Patterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kermit Barron fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vipers FC's protests and gave Kermit Barron a yellow card for diving instead. Kermit Barron hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Van Patterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vipers FC's Hugo English got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo English recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Van Patterson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Booker having to interfere. Hugo English sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Apopka AFC's Cedric Crocker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Dobson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Dobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cedric Crocker's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Van Patterson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Vipers FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Kermit Barron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Booker having to interfere. Apopka AFC's Francis Booker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo English in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo English was the one to do the kick off. Hugo English fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Booker having to interfere. Cedric Crocker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Vipers FC's Dante Dobson got control of the ball when Woodrow Dobbins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Van Patterson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Booker having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Van Patterson in the 70th minute of play forced Apopka AFC's goalkeeper Francis Booker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Apopka AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo English came free, but Francis Booker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cedric Crocker struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Dante Dobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apopka AFC. Dante Dobson made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Woodrow Dobbins sent off a good shot on target. When Apopka AFC's Cedric Crocker in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vipers FC's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Apopka AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo English came free, but Francis Booker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Marcellus Byers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apopka AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vipers FC the free kick. In the 86th minute, Marcellus Byers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo English sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Van Patterson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vipers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Van Patterson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francis Booker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
