The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Gilberto Steele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Steele took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cody Owens. Cody Owens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dustin Lozano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cody Owens having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Pima FC got a freekick which was hit by Cruz Craven. In the 24th minute of the match Dallas Knapp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christopher Cope showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Felix Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dustin Lozano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cody Owens having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Galliano's zone, Dustin Lozano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cody Owens came out of the goal and Dustin Lozano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Pima FC's Gilberto Steele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cody Owens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cody Owens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Steele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Lincoln Jarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galliano's supporters rose to their feet, but Lincoln Jarrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Cope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 48 played minutes Galliano got a freekick which was hit by Kip Carrillo. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Cody Owens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dustin Lozano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. In the 60th minute, Pima FC's Gilberto Steele ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cody Owens. Cody Owens yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Cody Owens was a little too slow when Gilberto Steele got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-4. A collision led to Pima FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Reggie Bowles hit a great ball. Reggie Bowles hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Felix Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cody Owens made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Dustin Lozano sent off a good shot on target. Christopher Cope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Hansen, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pima FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
