Cruz Hodges started the match with the kick off. Darell Gallo made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Duane Hurd sent off a good shot on target. Duane Hurd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darell Gallo having to interfere. John Randolph hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Darell Gallo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Boston's Duane Hurd shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. DeMarcus Palmer hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Boston's Aaron Dupree played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradley Hawkins in the 20th minute of play. Bradley Hawkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Dupree having to interfere. Bradley Hawkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes AC Milan got a freekick which was hit by Cristopher Delarosa. After 35 minutes, DeMarcus Palmer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Milan and the Boston players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 38 minutes, Duane Hurd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duane Hurd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cruz Hodges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Hodges came free, but Darell Gallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Boston getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. John Randolph hit a great ball. Cristopher Delarosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cristopher Delarosa made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, AC Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Hodges came free, but Darell Gallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Lemon hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Aaron Dupree took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristopher Delarosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristopher Delarosa in the 68th minute of play forced Boston's goalkeeper Aaron Dupree to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duane Hurd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute Cruz Hodges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darell Gallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Dupree made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristopher Delarosa in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Hodges in the 87th minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Darell Gallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 played minutes Boston got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Lemon. Bradley Hawkins's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Aaron Dupree skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the AC Milan defense, Cruz Hodges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Darell Gallo. The AC Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Darell Gallo should have stopped the shot.
