Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nick Waite kicked off to start the match. Dana Vogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerry Allen having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Allen Quinn collided with one of Ottawa Hills's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. Jarrett Day charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarrett Day the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Jarrett Day hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nick Waite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Animosity FC's zone, Rickie Holbrook stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Tompkins came out of the goal and Rickie Holbrook tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andy Harding hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Rickie Holbrook could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Dennis Tompkins made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Rickie Holbrook ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Tompkins was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Dennis Tompkins made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Rickie Holbrook sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Rodrick Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Animosity FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ottawa Hills the free kick. The supporters of Ottawa Hills booed when Animosity FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrick Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nick Waite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rickie Holbrook got free with Dennis Tompkins in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Waite in the 45th minute of play forced Animosity FC's goalkeeper Dennis Tompkins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dana Vogel struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Kerry Allen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Animosity FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Animosity FC's Dennis Tompkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Waite in the 71st minute of play. Rodrick Arias got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Andy Harding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Kerry Allen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Nick Waite put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dennis Tompkins. Dennis Tompkins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickie Holbrook in the 86th minute of play. Rickie Holbrook struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Dennis Tompkins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ottawa Hills. Dennis Tompkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickie Holbrook in the 93rd minute of the match.
