Spectators: 7706 (Terracing: 5781, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jacob Orozco got the match started through his kick off. Anchorage Athletic's Johnny Mesen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toby Kearns in the 4th minute of play. Johnny Mesen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Sterling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Del Corley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathaniel Childers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Chuck Cates ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnny Mesen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jacob Orozco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anchorage Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacob Orozco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathaniel Childers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nathaniel Childers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Orozco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Toby Kearns had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnny Mesen. Anchorage Athletic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toby Kearns was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Jean-Charles Rinaudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anchorage Athletic's Jacob Orozco in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HempGods FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jean-Charles Rinaudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Nathaniel Childers made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jean-Charles Rinaudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anchorage Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Charles Rinaudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathaniel Childers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chuck Cates's late challenge caught a Anchorage Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chuck Cates helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes HempGods FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Landrum. Gualterio Eliu missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Nathaniel Childers right hand side. Nathaniel Childers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Orozco in the 46th minute of play. Johnny Mesen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chuck Cates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half HempGods FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Toby Kearns made the kick off in the second half. Johnny Mesen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toby Kearns, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jacob Orozco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathaniel Childers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. When Jean-Charles Rinaudo came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Anchorage Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean-Charles Rinaudo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Jean-Charles Rinaudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anchorage Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Charles Rinaudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathaniel Childers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean-Charles Rinaudo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, HempGods FC's Chuck Cates got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to HempGods FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Chuck Cates hit a great ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind HempGods FC's goalkeeper Nathaniel Childers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Jesse Noel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnny Mesen. Anchorage Athletic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jesse Noel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toby Kearns in the 78th minute of play forced Anchorage Athletic's goalkeeper Johnny Mesen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in HempGods FC's zone, Jean-Charles Rinaudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nathaniel Childers came out of the goal and Jean-Charles Rinaudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Jacob Orozco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HempGods FC's Nathaniel Childers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, HempGods FC's Marcus Livingston got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of HempGods FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Anchorage Athletic side.
