Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nick Waite started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, HempGods FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Waite came free, but Nathaniel Childers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 played minutes, Ottawa Hills's Tony Agoos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nathaniel Childers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ottawa Hills reached it. Rickie Holbrook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nathaniel Childers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kerry Allen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toby Kearns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Rickie Holbrook left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ottawa Hills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 25 played minutes HempGods FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Cantrell. In the 31st minute, Chuck Cates hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ottawa Hills's Dylan Bynum couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for HempGods FC. Nathaniel Childers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickie Holbrook in the 35th minute of play. When Calvin Sterling fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HempGods FC's protests and gave Calvin Sterling a yellow card for diving instead. Calvin Sterling kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toby Kearns made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesse Noel in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kerry Allen saved Ottawa Hills from getting behind. HempGods FC's Toby Kearns got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kerry Allen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toby Kearns went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Toby Kearns managed to get in a good position for a shot. HempGods FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Toby Kearns was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kerry Allen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute Nick Waite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Childers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toby Kearns in the 74th minute of play forced Ottawa Hills's goalkeeper Kerry Allen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chuck Cates kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Nathaniel Childers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Waite in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Calvin Sterling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toby Kearns in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kerry Allen saved Ottawa Hills from getting behind. After 92 played minutes HempGods FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Reeves. In the 95th minute, Rickie Holbrook got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ottawa Hills eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
