Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Randolph Schmitz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Randolph Schmitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Charlton Gagne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Frank Hoover came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the SC DEIMA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Hoover couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Percy Day shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlton Gagne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Hoover sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charlton Gagne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randolph Schmitz in the 26th minute of play. Frank Hoover fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlton Gagne having to interfere. When Randolph Schmitz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the SC DEIMA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randolph Schmitz couldn't finish the play. Charlton Gagne made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Frank Hoover sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Frank Hoover made a precise shot to the right of Charlton Gagne. I 69 I's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Randolph Schmitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charlton Gagne having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Hoover got free with Charlton Gagne in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute Randolph Schmitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlton Gagne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Craig Bragg fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC DEIMA's protests and gave Craig Bragg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for I 69 I. Tom Andersen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rod Harrison. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silas Howe to strike the kick off in the second half. SC DEIMA's Randolph Schmitz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charlton Gagne came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by SC DEIMA's Randolph Schmitz. But to his dismay, Randolph Schmitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Frank Hoover fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlton Gagne having to interfere. Houston Bravo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Rod Harrison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for I 69 I. In the 74th match minute, I 69 I was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginald Kurtz to maneuver through the defense. Kasey Schmitz struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Charlton Gagne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC DEIMA. 78 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SC DEIMA's Frank Hoover fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Randolph Schmitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Houston Bravo got free with Rod Harrison in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Houston Bravo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Hoover recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC DEIMA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
