Virgilio Cummins was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to DC united getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ace Tipton hit a great ball. Roosevelt Dillon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Virgilio Cummins. DC united's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Silas Triplett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Cummins was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. A very good chance. Josiah Carmichael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The DC united players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Prairie du Sac FC were winning 0-1.
